Located in the heart of Harlech within a granite building over 100 years old. Cemlyn was initially constructed for the Pharmacist Daniel Parry as a home and business in 1907.
The Apartment is situated on the 1st floor where there are 2 bedrooms, a large comfortable open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen creating a very sociable space with an additional 3rd bedroom located on the floor above.
You can access the terrace from the 1st floor and gives space for alfresco dining. It has amazing views of Harlech Castle, Mountains (including Snowdon) Royal St Davids Golf Course and the Sea. The panoramic views extend as far as Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsular, and with westerly vistas, you should look out for some super sunsets.



Each bedroom has ensuite facilities with shower, sink & w.c. The rooms are light and airy, with TV and a hairdryer and seating area.

The fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, hob, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and Tassimo Coffee Maker. You’ll find plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is ample workspace to prepare your meals and a handful of cookbooks for inspiration.

The dining area (next to the kitchen) will comfortably seat 6 people and flows through to the lounge which also seats 6.

The Harlech locality
Portmeirion is a few minutes drive or train ride away and has been featured in many films and TV programmes. The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways can be accessed via Porthmadog where they run regular steam trains.
There are many local footpaths to explore, you can be in the open countryside within a few minutes of leaving the front door.
Harlech Castle, local shops providing groceries, milk, newspapers etc is just a short stroll away. There is a well-stocked small supermarket near the station with the larger towns of Barmouth and Porthmadog accessible by bus, car or train.
The Train Station is at the bottom of the hill and the Cambrian Coast Railway will take you to Pwllheli in one direction or towards Machynlleth in the other with trains connecting to Shrewsbury, Birmingham, Aberystwyth and London.
